The screaming stars, a side project by Tyler Ritter of psychedelic drone duo shalloboi, were born out of a submission for a film soundtrack. Other pieces followed in similar suit and the project became a vehicle for Ritter to document his love of winter. The pieces came together to form a whole very organically and blended seamlessly into each other to form the first self-titled record.
